India Clean Air Connect is a response to air quality convenings hosted by the India Climate Collaborative, Clean Air Fund, ClimateWorks Foundation and Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation in 2019 and 2020.

Job description
The #cleanair team at Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) is looking for a curious researcher who has the ability to ask the right questions, conduct stellar research on the nexus between #agriculture and #airquality, build trusted relationships with government stakeholders other relevant organisations, and support the advancement of the research and policy engagement for air quality. S/he should be a structured thinker and effective communicator with a strong research background.

Eligibility
-Master’s degree with a specialisation in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/Environmental policy/Agriculture/Agricultural Economics. A (under) graduate degree in other disciplines, but credentials showcasing an understanding of environmental challenges, specifically air pollution, is a must.
- Should have a strong background in data analytics and an inclination toward analytical research
-1-2 year of relevant experience in policy research and engagement, preferably in the areas of air quality management or Punjab’s agricultural systems.
